The new Masterplan for Goodman International at Rainton Bridge, Sunderland included the design and fit out of a new HQ building for Northern Rock. The development has been designed in two phases Phase 1, approximately 24,000sqm and Phase 2 at 14,500 sqm.

Both Phases are linked at the ground floor and share an internal street with well being facilities, restaurants and small retail units.

The first Phase of the development comprises four buildings, linked via three atria at the upper

levels. The central office wing, which houses the main entrance is constructed in a fully glazed curtain walling system with brise soleil and a large glass canopy.

The adjoining office buildings are clad in curtain walling, copper and brick. The first Phase of the project was completed in September 2008.
